Work/Life Program
Through the Under Armour Work-Life Assistance Program, administered by CCA, teammates and their immediate family members can receive confidential assistance with:
- Finding child and adult care
- Issues related to pregnancy, infertility, adoption, and talking to teenagers
- Navigating education from K-12 to financing college
- Career development
- Daily living
Teammates and their family members can receive five face-to-face counseling sessions, per family member, per issue.
